Why don't I see prices on your bundles?+
Every bundle is fully customized. We review each request to confirm product availability, design details, and turnaround, then send pricing before any payment is collected.
How does the custom order process work?+
Submit a request through our custom order form. We'll follow up within 1-2 business days with a full breakdown of pricing, timing, and design details. Once you approve, we produce and deliver your order.
Are custom orders refundable?+
No. All custom items are FINAL SALE. That's exactly why we review every order and confirm the details with you before you pay.
What's the typical turnaround?+
Most custom bundles ship within 2-3 weeks of order approval. Team and booster orders vary depending on size — we'll always give you an exact date up front.
Do you offer discounts for teams and booster clubs?+
Yes. Volume pricing kicks in for team orders, and we can set up dedicated team stores and fundraising campaigns. Visit the Team Orders page to get started.
Can I upload my school's logo?+
Absolutely. There's a logo upload field on the custom order form. High-resolution PNG or SVG files work best.
Do you ship, or is pickup available?+
Both. Choose your preferred fulfillment method on the custom order form.
